• Your use of any Prove ID service means that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use our services.

3. Use of Service

Access to Services:

You are responsible for the devices, software, and connections required to access the services.

Accuracy Obligation:

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide during the use of the services are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with the law.

Account Security:

• You may create only one user account on the Customer Portal or other platforms that require registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information (e-mail, password, etc.) confidential.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

Demo Use:

• The Demo environment is solely for testing and demonstration purposes to show the functionality of Prove ID.
• By uploading personal data to the Demo, you confirm that you have the necessary legal permissions.
• Please note that some of your data may be processed by Prove ID or your browser during Demo use. You can find more information on data processing in the relevant Privacy Policy.
• Results obtained during Demo use should not be used as the sole source for legal or operational decisions.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

The processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data are subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the services:

• You accept the data processing activities specified in the Privacy Policy.
• You guarantee that the data you upload/provide does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Biometric data is processed only with your explicit consent and is protected with the security measures specified in the Privacy Policy.

5. User Obligations

Users shall:

• Use the services only for their intended purpose and lawful purposes.
• Not infringe the rights of third parties (intellectual property, privacy, personal data, etc.).

When using the services, you must not upload, publish, make available, or otherwise transmit any content that:

• Threatens, insults, or discredits the honor, dignity, or commercial reputation of Prove ID or third parties,
• Infringes the intellectual property rights and/or other proprietary rights of Prove ID or third parties,
• Contains hyperlinks, advertisements, or other information unrelated to Prove ID's activities,
• Contains obscenity or pornography,
• Depicts violence or cruelty against animals,
• Promotes crime, fascism, racial supremacy, or incites hatred and violence based on race, ethnicity, or religion, or contains extremist material,
• Promotes drug use, facilitates trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances, or disseminates related information,
• Violates public morality,
• Contains other information that could be considered illegal, unethical, or related to unlawful activities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, design, software codes, databases, trademarks, and logos belong to Prove ID or its licensors.
• Users are granted only a personal, limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use them.
• No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Links and Third-Party Services

• Our Website or applications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or security of these sites.
• The data processing activities of third-party plugins or services are subject to their own privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

• The services are provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is given that they will operate without interruption or error.
• Prove ID and its directors, officers, employees, or representatives shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any damages related to or arising from the use of the Website.
• Prove ID is not responsible for, and does not compensate for, any damages you may experience due to interruptions or data loss while using the Website.
• Except for cases involving intentional misconduct or fraud, Prove ID does not accept any responsibility regarding the quality or infringement of the right to use information, software, and documentation, especially in relation to accuracy, absence of defects, absence of third-party claims or rights, completeness, and/or suitability for purpose.

In particular, no liability is accepted for:

• Interruptions caused by the internet,
• Data loss, unauthorized access, user errors,
• Problems arising from third-party software and services,
• Interruptions caused by the user's device or connection.

If you use our Website or services in a way that causes legal issues for Prove ID, you will be responsible.

You agree to defend and indemnify Prove ID, our directors, employees, and representatives against any claims, losses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney's fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any other person or organization.

For any matter you are required to indemnify, we reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such claims.

• To block the User's access to the Website at any time and for any reason (e.g., violation of these Terms or fraudulent attempt), at our discretion.
• To deny access to information regarding Prove ID's activities and products to any User, at our discretion.
• To suspend or terminate the operation of the Website at any time without prior notice.
• To change the design and content of the Website (including information about products and technical features, materials, or services) at any time without prior notice.

10. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, government decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control, services may be temporarily suspended. No liability is accepted in such cases.

11. Updates and Changes

• These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
• The updated version takes effect once published on the Website.
• Your continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
• These Terms of Use, prepared in Turkish, may be translated into other languages and published accordingly. In case of any dispute arising from the translation, the original Turkish text shall prevail.

12. Dispute Resolution and Enforcement

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
• The parties shall first seek an amicable resolution; in case of dispute, Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
• If any provision of this text is deemed invalid for any reason, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
