More than 60 organizations, led by banking, fintech and payment institutions, investment firms, the public sector, energy, crypto assets and mobility, have completed over 20 million verifications with Prove ID.

Besides ID capture and classification, OCR specialized for Turkish characters, NFC chip reading, face verification and liveness detection, Prove ID checks holograms, guilloche patterns, rainbow printing, hidden photos and signatures. It also detects digital manipulation, pasted photos, photocopied documents and screen attacks. In total, more than 200 checks are combined into a single verification score.

Prove ID offers both active and passive liveness detection. In active mode, the user is asked to perform random gestures with the eyes, mouth and head; in passive mode, an AI model analyzes the image without requiring any extra movement. Deepfakes and screen-based attacks are detected as well. 1, 3 or 5-second verification options are available.

The app guides the user to the position of the device’s NFC reader and signals with a vibration when reading starts. If reading is interrupted because the ID card moves away from the device, the process does not restart; it resumes where it left off. Chip data goes through active/passive authentication and certificate validity checks.

Yes. Additional documents such as proof of address, signature circulars and the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette can be captured, and the identity details on them are compared with the OCR data. A wet signature on a reference document can also be compared with a signature drawn on the device screen.

The Prove ID face verification model operates with a 0.0001% false accept rate (FAR) and a 0.87% false reject rate (FRR), corresponding to a 99.13% success rate and an F1 score of 0.9956. The liveness model has a FAR of 0.72%, an FRR of 4.1% and an F1 score of 0.9755.

Techsign is the only Turkish company with a score above 90% in the NIST FRTE face recognition evaluation. The results are publicly available on the report card published by NIST.

Every check performed on the device is re-validated on the server; results coming from the client are never trusted on their own. In addition, face, national ID number and device-based blacklists automatically catch people and devices previously associated with fraud.

AI Agent is an AI solution that runs the remote video identity verification process end to end, accompanied by a digital assistant. The avatar greets the user, explains the process and provides visual animations and voice guidance before each step, closely simulating the experience of a customer representative.

The process supports steps that correspond to the articles of the remote identification regulation: screen recording of the entire session, hologram checks by tilting the ID horizontally and vertically, placing a finger on random areas of the ID, collecting the ID serial number with varying security questions, and verbal approval of the agreement.

Yes. In addition to classic KYC methods, threat detection is performed through emotion analysis throughout the call, and the system checks that the same voice continues from start to finish.

SDKs are available for iOS, Android and the web. The Web SDK can be used in React, Vue and Angular projects, and the mobile SDKs also work in Flutter and React Native apps.

Yes. Prove ID can be deployed on-premise or used with private or public cloud options. Thanks to its microservice architecture, it scales horizontally on OpenShift, Kubernetes or your custom environment, and your data stays on the infrastructure you choose.

The panel covers monitoring verification records, managing pending approvals, detailed per-transaction review, document verification, video call flow and script management, process and usage reports, and application threshold management. Access is role and permission based, and suspicious transactions can be flagged.
